The last seconds of the Arizona Arizona match on Saturday took a little time to finish due to a drama on the field and the benches.
With around 30 seconds in the match and the Wildcats up 81-72, Caleb Love d’Arizona got tangled with BJ Freeman. The Sun Devil then the love of the head.
Love and Freeman were ejected, but while the dust continued to settle between the two teams, the ASU head coach, Bobby Hurley, ordered all the players on his bench to go to the locker room.

While the Wildcats have dribbled the last seconds, Hurley ordered his assistant coaches to leave the bench, just leaving him on the bench and five Sun Devils on the ground.

A few seconds before the usual handshake line, Hurley then made a sign of the Arizona coach Tommy Lloyd, and the two teams entered their respective changing rooms.
Hurley was asked about the event and said he had no choice but to send his players to the locker room early after his opponents showed “no class”.
“If you look at just near our bench, it was an implacable constant chatter of some of the Arizona players who were not properly monitored. Of course, they will be satisfied to win, but it was done without Class in my opinion, “said Hurley after the match.

Hurley then finished her press conference with a separation shot, perhaps in Love.
“I receive a vote for the conference on all conferences, and I can tell you who does not get a vote,” he said.
Lloyd called the test “disappointing on all sides”.
“We want to be a program that when difficult things happen, we want to answer with a class. I don’t know if we did it or not, but just a difficult moment in an emotional game. I have a lot of respect For Bobby and Arizona State, “said Lloyd.
The Wildcats have improved at 15-6 this season and 9-1 in play Big 12, while the Sun Devils have a 12-9 sheet in total and 3-7 against the conference opponents.

The teams will meet in a revenge match on March 4.
