Auburn Tigers’ head coach Bruce Pearl called Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on social networks after the Iranian supreme chief made wild affirmations.

Khamenei warned in a pre-recorded speech against the future military intervention of the United States in his first statement since Israel and Iran have accepted a cease-fire.

He also said that the United States considered that Israel would be destroyed by Iran if that did not approach.

Pearl, also president of the US Israel Education Association, rejected.

“Liars and terrorists will not trust them. I beg to keep the ceasefire so that people in the Middle East can continue to live and rely on (President Trump) Abraham Agreements”, he wrote in an article on X. “But do not think for a second (you are) misleading. The world knows that you always want a nuclear bomb!”

Khamenei’s remarks apparently aimed at praising the country’s strength rather than reflecting reality.

After Iran’s attack on Al-Wudeid, the American air base in Qatar, Khamenei boasted that Iran “delivered a strong slap in the face of the United States”. However, President Donald Trump described him as “very low answer” before revealing that Iran gave the United States “notice” of his planned reprisals.

“Iran officially responded to our obliteration of their nuclear installations with a very low answer, which we expected, and we very effectively countered. There were 14 missiles drawn – 13 were overturned, and 1 was” released “because it was directed in a non -threatening direction,” wrote Trump.

“I am happy to announce that no American was injured, and practically no damage was made. I would like to thank Iran for having given us a notice, which has not allowed any life, and no one to be injured.”
