According to Caspino, Dickey death of rhabdomyolysiswhich is a rare and fatal muscle condition triggered by intense training. According to previous ESPN reports, Dickey collapsed and was transferred to a hospital where he was dialysis. He suffered an emergency surgery to relieve pressure in his ends, but his heart stopped and he died two days after the incident.
“He died a horrible and painful death which was 100% avoidable,” said Caspino on Wednesday.
In a statement at several points of sale, Bucknell described Dickey’s death as “a tragic loss” but would not comment on the current dispute.
“The death of a student is always a tragic loss. Although the university does not leave the current disputes, we again express sincere sympathies to the CJ family, and we will continue to focus on our most important priority – the health and safety of all students in Bucknell.”

According to NCAA policy, all athletes are required to undergo sickle cell solubility or to provide test results within six months of participation in sports activities. In the case of Dickey, the trial allegedly alleged that it had been tested positive and that a Bucknell coach spoke with his mother before the incident on July 12.
The trial accused the university and other persons of negligence and requests compensation and information surrounding the death of Dickey.
