Bugti announces upgrade package for Rakhni

At a public rally in Rakhni, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti addressed a large crowd and made a series of announcements aimed at furthering the development of the region.

During his speech, CM Bugti highlighted that propaganda is being used to alienate Baloch citizens from the state and drag them into unnecessary conflicts. “Let the traitors in Switzerland hear this: this state, supported by a disciplined army, is strong. Our field marshal, General Syed Asim Munir, courageously defended the nation against India, leaving an unforgettable mark,” he said.

He highlighted the state’s commitment to its people, recognizing existing challenges such as corruption, but calling for unity. “The Baloch nation belongs to Pakistan, and Pakistan belongs to us. No conspiracy will succeed,” he added.

Highlighting the developmental plans, CM Bugti made several key announcements including establishment of a 50-bed hospital in Rakhni, fulfillment of a long-standing promise, formation of Rakhni Municipal Committee, completion of Balochistan BRC College and construction of a sports complex, restoration of Nehrkot Dam and commitment to construct the 113 kilometer Rakhni-Tunsa road independently if federal funds are not provided, the construction of the Rakhni Press Club and the appointment of the municipal committee as Dera Khetran.

Addressing the youth, CM Bugti recited a message encouraging them to turn knowledge into strength and uplift their names, quoting the words of Allama Iqbal: “Raise yourself so high that even God asks you what is your wish.”

The public response was extremely enthusiastic with citizens chanting slogans in support of the Chief Minister. Local leaders, including former Health Minister Mir Naseebullah Khan Marri.
