The star of Indiana Fever Caitlin Clark will miss the rest of the 2025 season, the team announced on Thursday.

The second year of Clark in the WNBA was plagued by injuries to say the least.

But it was an injury to the groin that she suffered in the match before the break of the stars which finally cost her the rest of the 2025 season.

“Caitlin worked so hard throughout this period, doing everything possible to recover and return to court, but ultimately, the time is not on our side,” said Fever Coo and GM Amber Cox in a press release.

“Although we will continue to work with Caitlin and provide him with all the resources we have, there is no longer time in our season so that she returns safely, and her health and long-term well-being remain our absolute priority.

“We can’t wait to put it back at full power to start the 2026 season.”
