The legend of the WNBA, Lisa Leslie, praised the impact of Caitlin Clark on the League while the sniper is preparing for his second season with the fever of the Indiana.

“Let me say, Caitlin Clark had an incredible impact on the WNBA,” Leslie told the point of sale. “Her ability to go out and play, especially after her academic season. And then to enter the WNBA and really had the effect she had, it was really exceptional. I was so proud of Caitlin.”

Leslie said that, on paper, the fever list “looks incredible”. The Indiana added Sydney Colson, Sophie Cunningham and Dewanna Bonner to the list and re-erected Stephanie White as a new head coach.

“And maybe they can. I don’t say they can’t. The All-Star game is there in Indiana. Everything is arranged. Caitlin has had time to really treat what the WNBA looks like, what it does.

Clark did not do the national American women’s basketball team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. However, it seemed to be a disguised blessing because it seemed to be more synchronized with its fever teammates after the Olympic Games break than it was at the start of the regular season.

Indiana did the playoffs in 2024 for the first time since 2016, when White was still a head coach. The fever ended 20-20 in 2024 and brought back key players like Kelsey Mitchell, Aliyah Boston, Natasha Howard and Lexie Hull.
