A confrontation of the WNBA commissioner’s cup between Indiana fever and Connecticut Sun was chippy until the third quarter, when the tensions between the two teams took place.
The fever star Caitlin Clark was guarded by the sunglasses Jacy Sheldon. While Clark reculed Sheldon at the top of the key, Sheldon pushed Clark in the eyes. Clark was angry with Sheldon’s move and pushed it back to Fury.

While Clark complained, the Marina Mabrey solar guard came and pushed Clark to the ground as she turned her back. The fever and sun players came to break the skirmish.
Clark seemed to be OK while she was going back to the bench and waited for the referees to determine their next action plan.
Sheldon’s common fault has been upgraded to a blatant fault. The referees called the wedge technicians on the veteran of Clark and Sun, Tina Charles. Mabrey was also struck by a technical fault and avoided ejection.

Clark and Sheldon had been aggressive with each other throughout the night. Their rivalry dates back to their university days when Clark was with Iowa and Sheldon was at the Ohio State.
The fever led 55-45 with 4:48 to play in the match.
Clark was in the middle of his second game since his return from injury. She lit the lamp against New York freedom over the weekend when she scored 32 points out of 11 out of 20 on the field. She made seven 3 points in the victory.

Indiana was able to return to 5-5 this season with victory. Connecticut entered the Tuesday evening match with a 3-7 sitting down the WNBA ranking.
