Caitlin Clark received a two -week calendar with his quad injury, and there will be no early return.
In a highly anticipated match between Indiana fever and Chicago sky, Clark will miss a fourth consecutive match.
“I’m going to miss this weekend’s match, but after that, it’s day by day and see what I feel, and I turn to medical staff and what they think,” Clark told journalists on Thursday, via ESPN. I feel like I have made a lot of progress and I feel good, and I’m not going to rush. It’s not worth it. But after this weekend, I will be reassessed and we will have a better idea when I come back. “”

The first confrontation between Indiana and Chicago had fireworks, while Clark struck Angel Reese with a blatant fault. Reese spoke and had to be separated by chewing to Clark.
And while Clark surely wants to be on the ground for it, the injury is too difficult to risk risking anything.
“This is the type of injury like, you don’t know, when I wake up, I will feel different from the day before,” said Clark.
She added that she could come back to Atlanta’s dream on Tuesday – their next opponent would be the New York Liberty title champion, against which Clark was injured on Saturday.

Clark admitted that being injured was “tests [her patience] A little, “but she tries to use the injury to her advantage by learning to the sidelines – something that head coach Stephanie White wanted her to do.
“It taught me a lot,” said Clark. “I have never participated in this position before watching from the bench for a long time … It’s the same thing that you turn on television and you watch the NBA or you watch other WNBA games – it’s the best way to learn basketball, it’s just to absorb it, and it’s the same when I’m not active too.”
