Caitlin Clark was unable to get back on the ground with Indiana fever, but it probably took an important measure to get there.
Clark, who has been released since July 15 with a throbbing groin injury, was seen by doing a light job in Shootarnd on Sunday before his fever teammates took the minnesota lynx.
Now, head coach Stephanie White says that Clark has not officially returned to the practice of fever, but participating in shooting exercises is a step in the right direction.

“It was a good step because it arrived on the ground with us for the first time, part of the kind of return to activity,” White told Indy Star.
White added that the role of Clark was “very low, little maintenance” and “low intensity” because they certainly do not want to react his injury.
Caitlin Clark’s return to fever range remains mystery
“I think that recovering it, putting it at ease and seeing where it is going.”
The drill in which Clark participated, after having crossed what is considered to be dynamic warm -up, was contactless and with low impact.
With seven remaining games in the regular season of fever, they hope to stay in the eliminatory position. They are currently 19-17 years old, which is good for seed n ° 6. Only the first eight seeds make the playoffs.

And even if it goes without saying what Clark can provide once it will come back to court, it is almost imperative if Indiana wishes to run, because several other key parts have been released for the year with an injury.
The latest blow was Sophie Cunningham, the new fever star who tore her MCL last Sunday during a match against Connecticut Sun. There were also guards Sydney Colson (torn ACL) and Aari McDonald (Foot Fracture) who both underwent end of season injuries.
It’s three guards for the year, so the fever is desperate to recover its superstar if they can occupy the position of the playoffs.
Clark, who also underwent an bruise in the left ankle on August 7, only played 13 games this year for fever. She treated a quad strain earlier in the year before undergoing her current ills.

Clark collected an average of 16.5 points, 8.8 assists and five rebounds out of 31.1 minutes per match in those she played this season.
