Grant Cardone, the well -known real estate investor, announced that his company, Cardone Capital, added 1,000 BTC to his balance sheet.
“Cardonecapital adds 1,000 BTC to the balance sheet becoming very first real estate / BTC enterprise integrated into the BTC’s full BTC strategy combining the two best class assets,” said Cardone in a post X.
At current market prices, the purchase is worth more than $ 100 million. If Cardone Capital was a listed company, this acquisition would place it among the 30 best corporate bitcoin holders in the world, ranking near the 29th largest, according to Bitcointheries.
Cardone then revealed that Cardone Capital currently contains 14,200 residential units and more than half a million square feet of class A office space. The company plans to add 3,000 other BTC residential units and 5,000 before the end of the year.
In January, Coindesk reported Cardone’s intention to use real estate cash flows to acquire Bitcoin, signaling a long -term investment strategy in cryptography.
