In the midst of the prolonged absence of the injuries of Caitlin Clark of Indiana fever, at least one media expert suggested that the team was better without the superstar.

“I think Indiana is even more dangerous when Caitlin Clark does not play, because it is a predominantly in ball,” she said. “The ball is a lot in his hands, so you know what you need to try to remove. But when you look at Indiana now, they have so many weapons.”
Peck made specific praise for Kelsey Mitchell fever players, Aari McDonald and Aliyah Boston. Peck did not seem to praise the stars of the Sophie Cunningham or Lexie Hull fever.
“When you have a leader like Kelsey Mitchell and Aari McDonald to play on the perimeter, and a post like Aliyah Boston, I will tell you: Indiana, they are a threat. And it’s specifically on the defensive,” said Peck.
Peck’s comments have become viral on social networks, encouraging the anger of the faithful supporters of Clark.
The founder of Barstool, Dave Portnoy, republished the clip of Peck’s comments on X, writing: “I knew it was going to happen.”
The Popular Sport account X “Brickscenter” also shared the clip, writing, “their hatred towards CC must be studied.”
Hundreds of smaller accounts have made PECK’s analysis known.
The recruit of the WNBA Paige Bueckers says that the media “try to isolate” in response to the comments spent on black women

“ESPN would be much more” dangerous “without Carolyn Peck”, wrote a user.
Another user wrote: “All PECK’s catches on CC last year ended the end of the end and I expect nothing different from this season.”
A user even went so far as to say: “ESPN analyst Carolyn Peck is a hateful and a fool.”
Peck was the female basketball coach in Purdue when the current head coach Stephanie White was a player there. Together, they won the title NCAA in 1999.
Clark missed the last four games of the team with an injury to the groin and will miss a fifth Saturday against the Sparks. Previously, she missed five games with a quad injury.

Without Clark, the team is 5 to 4 with an on average offensive note of 80.2.
In the matches she played, Clark is on average 18.2 points, 8.9 assists and 5.9 reversals.
