Islamabad:
The election commissioner (CEC) inaugurated on Tuesday a new interactive display system (IDS) at the Secretariat of the Electoral Commission, aimed at providing lawyers and litigants with instant access to essential details of their legal affairs.
Located at the reception of the PCE secretariat for public and jurisdiction practitioners, this establishment makes it possible to visualize the lists of daily causes, to access the complete details of the cases, including petitions, responses, control sheets and judgments.
The CEC, during the inauguration of the system, welcomed it as an important step and congratulated the dedicated efforts of the project management unit.
The ECP law wing has provided a briefing on the cases downloaded to date.
