Several NFL teams welcome home matches during the 13-hour on Sunday calendar window carried out pre-match tributes to kill the founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk. And the reactions in the stadiums were generally welcoming.
Tennes from Tennessee, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys organized moments of silence in honor of Kirk.

Everyone put the photo of Kirk on their video cards and asked the crowd to stand up and pay tribute following the shooting of Kirk last week.
Some NFL teams honor Kirk, others do not

The NFL coordinated a tribute to Kirk in the Thursday evening football match between Green Bay packers and Washington commanders, but left the decision to make the 13 houses of houses pay tribute to individual teams.
And while a handful of teams have chosen to honor Kirk or include him in tributes and memory of September 11, a handful refused to mention Kirk.

It should be noted that Bengals, Lions, Ravens and Steelers have not contained moments of silence or reflection on behalf of Kirk.
The Steelers had previously declared to Outkick their tribute on Sunday, this would consist in lowering the stadium flags to half of the staff.
Dolphins remember “victims of violence”
In Miami, the moment of silence occurred with the two teams on the field. This was not the case at Lambeau Field on Thursday.
And the tribute to Kirk was combined to also honor the anniversary of the September 11 attacks and other “victims of violence”. The tribute was greeted by cheers and, after silence, sent with applause.
The same thing happened in Dallas where Kirk’s image lasted the screen 160 feet per 72 feet hanging at 90 feet above the field.
In New York, the jets held a moment of silence and played a short video tribute to honor Kirk before the match before many fans reached their seats.
Jets do honorable things
The tribute to New York is particularly notable.
Unlike Miami, Nashville or Dallas, which are all in the Red States, the Greater New York region is a renowned home for conservative thought. None of the States in the three states region is red.
And yet, in a game played in the Meadowlands, before an audience which was not sure to accept the tribute, the jets continued anyway.
That is to be noted. And applaudi.
Because doing good is never false.
