The star of the American team Charlie McAvoy played the injury in his 3-1 victory against Canada, but the fans would not have known.
McAvoy had five shots, including a thunderous on the superstar of Canada Connor McDavid in the first period.

“Charlie McAvoy underwent an injury to his right shoulder Acromioclavicular joined in the game match of the 4 nations of the USA team against Finland on February 13. Despite the shoulder injury in the first game of the American team against Finland, McAvoy has always played against Canada and had a big impact.

McAvoy managed five strokes in 19:27 of the ice time during the 3-1 victory of the American team against Canada on Saturday.
His presence will be missed Thursday evening, when the two teams are revealed in the final of the 4 nations.

However, the thoughts of a possible return from Hughes were put in bed after Sportsnet reported that the American team would need another injury to play in Hughes.
For Bruins, losing McAvoy during any prolonged period would be a crushing blow because he is their best defender. They are currently outside looking because they are two points in the place of the Joker.
