Islamabad:
The Supreme Court of Pakistan set the appeal of the Punjab government to cancel the cations of PTI leaders in the riot affairs of May 9.
A bench of three members led by the chief judge of Pakistan Yahya Afrida and including judge Shafi Siddiqui and judge Gul Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the appeal of the Punjab government for the cancellation of guarantees for the leaders PTi Sheheryar Afridi and Aaliya Hamza.
The APEX Court also set the appeal of Sheikh Rashid for the acquittal in the GHQ attack case. Rashid’s acquittal requests in the case have already been rejected by the trial and the high lessons.
