CM ensures the interest of women for digital empowerment

Head Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif congratulated the digital program of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for the financial empowerment of women.

She said: “The integrated digital collaboration of modern skills training centers in each Punjab district as part of the” Shewins “program is underway for the financial independence of women and empowerment by electronic commerce, social media marketing, content creation and other training courses.”

She said that the women in Punjab showed great interest in the progression program for financial independence.

Under the platform, there are many opportunities for qualified women in each district by allowing them to access the relevant markets.

She explained: “Training, legal orientation and leadership opportunities are available for university students in women’s development centers through Punjab”.

Head Minister Maryam Nawaz said that the centers offered women a safe environment in each Punjab campus and that training increases their independence and their self -confidence.

Meanwhile, paying tribute to the donors of World Blood Donor Day, the chief minister said: “A coordinated system was developed in Punjab for the timely time of healthy blood”.

She said Punjab had established the first regular virtual blood bank in Pakistan which allows needy patients to contact donors.
