Coldplay issues a declaration to reprogram the London concerts

Coldplay on Saturday, he will reprose the last two dates in London from his music from the Music The Spheres World Tour due to a planned underground strike that would prevent fans from reaching the Wembley stadium.

The group said it would be “impossible” to transport 82,000 fans to and from the site without tube services, adding that “no event license can be granted for the nights of September 7 and 8”.

To avoid pure and simple cancellations, the show on September 7 will be September 6, while the September 8 concert goes to September 12. All existing tickets remain valid for reprogrammed dates.

“All ticket holders who are unable to attend their reprogrammed emission can obtain a full refund on their ticket and are invited to contact their purchase point before 12:00 pm BST on Tuesday September 2,” the group said.

The returned tickets will be sold from September 3.

The other shows on Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday will perform as planned.

“We are really sorry for the inevitable disappointment, frustration and disadvantages that this situation causes,” said Coldplay.

Despite the changes, the group will still play 10 nights in Wembley, breaking the joint record for eight shows organized by Take That and Taylor Swift.
