The former Ohio State coach Urban Meyer called the NCAA for the punishment it inflicted against Michigan for its signs flight program.
Michigan has received a fine which should exceed $ 20 million, while head coach Sherrone Moore will have an additional match added to his two-game suspension already imposed, which he will serve this season.

The NCAA gave Ohio State a one -year bowl ban after a scandal involving eight players who received $ 14,000 in cash and tattoos in exchange for team jerseys, rings and other memories. Ohio State was also faced with additional penalties above the bowl ban.
“In December 2011, I had to stand in front of a group of seniors and tell them that they were not allowed to play in a bowl or championship game in their last year of academic football, for something with which they had nothing to do. One of the most difficult things I have ever done,” said Meyer in a teasing for his podcast “, the triple option.”
“”This same group went 12-0 and could not play for the National University Football Championship. “”

“The recent NCAA decision not to punish players who were not involved is correct. However, this decision also proves that the NCAA as an application no longer exists,” said Meyer.
Former head coach Jim Harbaugh, the staff member Connor Stalions and Deputy Coach Denard Robinson, were also punished for their roles in the scandal.
