- America could soon attack advanced and poorly used advanced fleas with geotracture
- The proposed legislation could enforce monitoring within 6 months
- Manufacturers should also present themselves in the United States
The new legislation proposed at the Congress could see the United States joining geotracture capacities within high-end GPUs, marking the introduction of more dynamic means to monitor exports rather than general prohibitions.
Bipartisan legislators have introduced the law on flea safety to prevent high -end GPUs and AI fleas from reaching countries of concern, such as China.
Currently reviewing, if it is adopted, exporters should comply with the new follow -up rules while reporting violations, such as monitoring of disabled people, at the American Industry and Security Office (BIS).
The United States could introduce advanced flea monitoring measures
“At the latest 180 days after the date of promulgation of this law, the secretary must demand that any integrated circuit product covered be equipped with flea safety mechanisms which implement the verification of the location, using feasible and appropriate techniques on such a date of implementation, before it is exported, re -examined or transferred to the country to or in a foreign country.”
Legislators cite the risks and concerns of national security concerning the smuggling of networks and screens companies exporting American chips to China illegally as key engines for monitoring proposals.
“I know that we have the technical tools to prevent the powerful IA technology from putting itself in bad hands. The advanced fleas being introduced as a smuggling in China and posing a risk of national security, the congress must act,” added Bill Foster (-’).
The sharing of the location must be activated and supported before the export of the fleas if the bill is adopted, the Secretary of Commerce is responsible for the evaluation of the second level security mechanisms to prevent the abusive use or the embezzlement of the chips covered by the proposed rules.
The bill follows the deletion by the Trump administration of the rules for exporting the chips of the Biden era, the White House, initiating renewed export restrictions which do not have a negative impact on the allies.
