Controversy of Trans athletes: tennis legend makes California GOV slide into politics

The legend of tennis Martina Navratilova criticized the governor of California Gavin Newsom and the policies of the state concerning the participation of transgenderness in the sports of girls when another problem seemed to arise.

A triple jump record was broken in California girls from the Lycée des Filles last weekend, triggering the last debate on trans-inclusion in sports for girls. The problem occurred while California has shaken the executive order of President Donald Trump, keeping organic men outside of girls and women.

“Just seem to me, no hey gov. Newsom- @ cagovernor – it’s not ok !!!

California Interscholastic Federation was one of the secondary school guidelines in the United States which have announced its intention to continue to allow Trans athletes to participate in female sports despite the order of Trump and the NCAA policy – which was also criticized.

Minnesota and Maine also joined California’s position.

The Attorney General Pam Bondi warned these states earlier this week to comply with the order of Trump or to face legal action.

“This Ministry of Justice will hold responsible states and state entities that violate federal law,” said Bondi in a letter obtained for the first time by PK Press Club. “Indeed, we have already started to do so.”

Bondi referred to the decision of the Ministry of Justice in Sue Illinois and New York earlier in February for challenging federal immigration laws.

“We are also ready to continue the States and the entities of states that defy the federal laws of anti -discrimination,” Bondi wrote.

Trump ordered the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Education to prioritize the implementing measures against sports associations who refuse girls an equal chance to participate in sporting and sports events by forcing them to compete with boys. Trump threatened to retain federal funding from Maine’s schools about his policy of participation in sexes, who sparked a spit with Governor Janet Mills last week.

In California, Bondi said that the state “should be in opinion”, in the midst of the investigation into title IX of the Ministry of Education on California Interscholastic Federation.

“If the investigation of the Ministry of Education shows that the Federation indeed refuses to girls an equal opportunity to participate in sporting and sports events by forcing them to compete with boys, the Ministry of Justice is ready to take all appropriate measures to enforce the federal law,” Bondi wrote.

Bondi said that the Ministry of Justice “only wanted state states and entities to comply with the law.”

“And the federal law requires giving girls an equal opportunity to participate in sporting and sports events by ensuring that girls must compete only with other girls, not with boys,” Bondi wrote.

Bondi told PK Press Club that “this Ministry of Justice will defend women and do not tolerate state officials who ignore federal law”.

“We will take advantage of all the legal options necessary to guarantee the conformity of the state to the federal law and the executive order of President Trump protecting female sports,” she said.
