Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could be on the throne, explains a royal expert, however, saying that “something that would be a threat”.
Discussing the Royal Travel Protocol for Prince George, the experts discussed knowing if George, who celebrated his 12th birthday on Tuesday July 22, would follow his father Prince William and did not travel with him, a royal protocol that would have taken place when Prince William would have reached the same age.
The Royal Richard Eden expert says that the rule has been set up to protect the succession line.
Richard added: “But I must say, you know, I mean that it is not a very discussion, in a way of good taste, but it is the future of our royal family, and I find it personally very worrying. You know, look, after the family of Wales, we have Harry and Meghan.”
The expert also said: “The fact is that, you know, Prince Harry and Meghan could be on the throne, and it is something that would be a threat, I would say, in the future of the monarchy.”
Prince William is the heir to the British throne and his eldest son, Prince George, is second in succession.
Prince Harry would be on the throne if the circumstances prevent Prince William and his family from going up to the throne.
