Aroob’s lawyers Jatoi, Usman and Aftab, citing delays in obtaining the forensic report, requested that the next hearing be fixed after Ramazan. The court approved the request.
Ducky Bhai, one of the most subscribed YouTubers in Pakistan with over 800 videos and over 10 million subscribers, was arrested on August 17, 2025, after the NCCIA filed a case against him.
He was arrested at the Lahore airport while trying to leave the country and his name was placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL). The FIR was lodged under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code.
