A district court in Lahore on Monday indicted YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, his wife Aroob Jatoi and other co-accused in a case related to alleged promotion of gaming and betting apps.
According to court proceedings held at the Lahore District Courts, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo formally framed the charges during the hearing. Saadur-Rehman and the other accused appeared in court and pleaded not guilty.
The magistrate summoned the prosecution witnesses for February 23.
The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has filed a case against Rehman and others for promoting gaming and betting apps.

Duky Bhai, one of the most subscribed YouTubers and content creators in Pakistan, with over 800 videos uploaded and over 10 million subscribers on YouTube, was arrested on August 17, 2025, after a case was registered against him by the state through the NCCIA.
He was arrested by the NCCIA at the Lahore airport while trying to flee the country. His name was included on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Ducky Bhai was arrested after an FIR was filed by the NCCIA under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The case was registered on August 17 under sections 13 (electronic forgery), 14 (electronic fraud), 25 (spamming) and 26 (impersonation) of the PECA, as well as sections 294-B (price offering in relation to trade) and 420 (deception and dishonest inducement to deliver goods) of the PPC.
According to the FIR, the YouTuber is accused of promoting gaming and betting apps that defrauded users and collected millions of rupees. This is not the first controversy surrounding the YouTuber, who is one of the most followed online personalities in Pakistan.
