Abbottabad:
The Abbottabad bench of the High Court of Peshawar (PHC) has taken good measures against those responsible for omitting to submit comments required in a case linked to mines boosting activities and has retained their wages.
The court ordered the main inspector of mines to appear in person and ordered the wages of two officials until they comply with the Court’s instructions.
The case was heard by the Banc d’Abbottabad du Phc, with judge Sadiq Ali and judge Mudassir Ameer.
The principal inspector of the mines was responsible for appearing in person before the court due to the failure to submit required comments despite the current energning activities.
Likewise, the wages of the main inspector of the mines and the DPO Abbottabad will be retained until they submit their parallel comments according to the previous instructions of the court.
In a previous judgment rendered by judge Kamran Hayat Miankhel, the court modified a previous order, ordering the tenant to refrain from using explosive materials for the boosting of mines.
The court also asked the principal inspector of the mines and the DPO Abbottabad to legally respect their orders, if necessary.
