- Hoverair crowdfunding campaign for Aqua Drone now underway
- Flight Sports Drone in itself available for an early price of $ 999
- Delivery of orders not expected before the end of 2025
Zero Zero Robotics has today launched an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for his next drone, The Hoverair Aqua, revealing new information on the completely waterproof flying camera.
The campaign will be the only way to pre -order the drone, with donors able to secure their Aqua at a reduced price of $ 999 (approximately £ 739 / $ 1,543 in) – a saving of 40% at the full price of $ 1,399.
There are bad news for water sports enthusiasts who have itchy to try the water-flying camera: it will only be shipped in December 2025.
Zero Zero Robotics teased the Aqua a few weeks ago, revealing that the drone is not only entirely waterproof (as we know now, these are the IP67 standards) but designed to take off and land on the surface of the rivers, lakes and the sea; It can even take off from a backward position.
With a powerful wind resistance, a top speed of 34 MPH and a wide range of flight tracking modes that fly auto, it is built to capture water sports such as kayak, paddle board and awakening surfing. It is also less than 249 g, which makes it subject to few restrictions in the United Kingdom and not required for the recording of the FAA in the United States.
More new information
After the first teaser produced, Zero Zero Robotics has released today a transport of new information on the next drone, including a 23 -minute battery life, up to 128 GB of internal storage space, stabilization and management of the 3.0 Smoothcapture image for 12 MP photos. The drone also has an unique 1.6 -inch amoled screen, allowing users to review the images and modify the settings without having to remove a smartphone.
The company also revealed the lighthouse accessory. Included in the box, it is a portable remote control that acts as a “virtual attachment”, helping to make sure not to lose track of the drone while you hide in the water on your favorite transport method. You can set a distance for the attachment, and once reached, the drone will start to return to the user.

To watch
The only bad side to today’s announcement? There is still a fairly long wait until the Hoverair Aqua is in the hands of buyers. Zero Zero Robotics plans in December 2025 for pre -ordered drone deliveries via the campaign, and told us that revision samples will not be available before the fourth quarter of 2025.
