Earlier this month, the Milwaukee Bucks gave up the star goalkeeper Damian Lillard.
ESPN reported that the nine stars and the Portland Trail Blazers were finalizing a three -year contract on Thursday to bring Lillard with the only other NBA franchise for which he had played.
Lillard was drafted by the Trail Blazers and spent its first 11 seasons with Portland.
He holds the record for the most points in the history of the franchise. Friday, Lillard went to social networks to express his enthusiasm about the reunion.

Lillard will probably be sidelined all the 2025-26 season while he continues to recover from the tear of Achilles which he suffered during the NBA qualifiers at the end of April.

Bucks still owe Lillard $ 113 million, and payments should be extended over the next five years, according to the report. The 35-year salary for the 2025-26 season will increase to $ 70 million due to its income from the Portland and Milwaukee agreements.

The Blazers fought without Lillard, ending last season with a 36-46 file and not below the playoffs.
ESPN also pointed out that Lillard aroused the interest of several “NBA competitors”, but he chose the team with which he had the most familiarity.
