ISLAMABAD:
Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty on Saturday exchanged views on the current situation in the Middle East, particularly the developments in Gaza and Palestine.
Dar spoke with the Egyptian Foreign Minister, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release.
They also discussed regional diplomatic efforts and coordination ahead of the next summit scheduled for Monday in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Pakistani counterpart, Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation on the situation in Gaza and Palestine, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry announced on Saturday.
