Dar highlights Pakistan’s role in C’wealth

Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM) Ishaq Dar on Wednesday highlighted Pakistan’s role as a founding member of the Commonwealth and reaffirmed its commitment to democracy, good governance, development and multilateral cooperation.

He made the remarks during his interaction with Commonwealth Secretary General Shirley Botchway, according to a press release from the DPM’s office.

The two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen collaboration in priority areas of mutual interest, including through enhanced cooperation within the Commonwealth.
