Hugh Jackman is reportedly facing a professional setback, and his ex-wife Deborre-Lee Furness is reportedly delighted with the news.
Insiders recently told RadarOnline at Furness that Jackman’s meltdown was long-awaited karma.
This comes as the Deadpool & Wolverine star is reportedly struggling to sell tickets for his new one-man show, Hugh Jackman Live: From New York, With Love, at Radio City Music Hall.
The source said: “Deb has moved on, but she gets a devilish thrill from learning he can’t take up space at her one-man show.”
Adding: “”It seems Hugh isn’t as invincible as he thought. People told him he was struggling and depressed because of the lack of ticket sales.”
“Deb definitely feels like he stabbed her in the back, and she plans to make him pay dearly. She loved him, and he was everything to her, and now he’s a louse who broke her heart and betrayed her,” another source said.
It is pertinent to mention that Jackman and Furness separated in September 2023 amid rumors about the actor’s affair with Sutton Foster.
Today, insiders say the public avoids Hugh Jackman because “he became a turnoff to a lot of people who loved him for his family values” and his devotion to his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness.
“Either way, the show could be in a real crisis if this continues and Sutton, Hugh’s sweetheart, won’t be able to get him out of this mess,” the source shared, adding that the actress has no sympathy for her ex-husband.
