Bryson Dechambeau was twinned with Rory McILroy during the last round of the masters Sunday, but the two apparently did not exchange words during the tense day which saw the two golfers fight until the end.
Addressing the media after shooting a 75 and completed tournament 7 sous, the Golf liv Star revealed that he had not spoken once with McILroy during the final association.

“No idea,” said Dechambeau about how McILroy was after the Tour. “I hadn’t talked to myself once all day.”

Dechambeau said he loved the excitement of the day, but said his partner had appeared zoned.
“He was just like” huh “. By just concentrated, I suppose.
Dechambeau said later when he was asked if he had tried to introduce a conversation with McILroy that “he wouldn’t talk to me”.

“I wanted to cry for him. As a professional, you just know how to hit him in the middle of the green, and I cannot believe that he went there, or I should just have flared him,” he said. “I also struck bad shots in my career, and it happens. When you try to win a major championship, especially here, on Sunday from Augusta, the Masters, you just have to do it and do the work and do well.”

It was not pretty, but McILroy joined Rare Company with his victory in Augusta, just becoming the sixth golfer of history to win the four majors.
“There were points in my career where I did not know if I would have this pretty clothing above my shoulders. But I did not give things easy today. I certainly did not make things easy. I was nervous,” said McILroy.
“It was one of the most difficult days I have ever had on the golf course.”
