Delegation led by Bilawal in the United States to brush Pakistan’s position on Indian assault

A high-level parliamentary delegation on Sunday by the president of the Pakistan Pakistan Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reached the United States to represent Pakistan’s position on the recent conflict with India, said Express News on Sunday.

The high -level diplomatic visit led by Bilawal, who was also Minister of Foreign Affairs in the country, came following the climbing of India after the attack by Pahalgam. The two nuclear weapons neighbors have experienced increased military tensions, during which Pakistan shot down six Indian planes. A ceasefire was reached following the intervention of US President Donald Trump.

According to sources, the Committee led by Bilawal will meet members of the US administration, Congress, Reflection Groups and the Media to inform them of the position of Pakistan concerning the climbing of tensions with India.

The Committee will also meet the United Nations Secretary General António Guterres in New York, followed by senior officials from the Trump administration in Washington.

The delegation should stay in the United States until June 9, after which it will go to the United Kingdom, then continue to various European countries. The eminent members of the delegation include the former foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar, the former envoy Jalil Abbas Jilani, Khurram Dastgir and Musadik Malik.

After the ceasefire with India, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appointed Bilawal to lead a high-level delegation responsible for presenting the Pakistan for Peace ” on recent Indian aggression to the international community.
