De’Longhi has launched a new fully automatic espresso machine that can prepare 35 different hot and cold drinks, and “learns” your coffee consumption habits so that it can suggest your favorite drink for a special period of the day. For example, if you like a cappuccino with breakfast, the new de’longhi Primadonna aromatic will increase this at the head of the queue in the morning to scroll. The Primadonna aromatics is checked using an extra-large colored touch screen and supports up to four user profiles so that everyone in your family can personalize their drink preferences. You can change one of the predefined drinks, or make your own creation from zero using the comfort application of’longhi.
You also don’t need special knowledge of coffee manufacturing. The new machine has the technology of the adaptation grains of de’longhi grains, which gives you a helping hand by automatically adjusting the size of the milling and the water temperature depending on the type of coffee and the roast of your choice (although you can also make manual adjustments to obtain the optimal balance of flavors if you prefer).
Hot or cold, dairy or plant
The Primadonna aromatics also has the DE’LONGHI LATCREMA milk system, which can be used with dairy milk or an alternative based on plants. Many of the best coffee makers are only optimized for dairy products, so it is a real advantage.
Like De’Longhi Eletta Explore, which we examined last year, the aromatic primadonna can produce hot or cold milk foam. This requires different distributors, so the machine is delivered with a pair of decanters that you can fill in advance and store in the refrigerator until it is necessary, with a dial on each cover so that you can adjust the thickness of the foam.
