Demi Lovato’s ex, Max Ehrich, has decided to make amends after his arrest in Florida.
It is pertinent to mention here that Max was arrested Tuesday evening and incarcerated early Wednesday morning in Port St. Lucie after being charged with domestic violence.
The police report states that Max had physical relations with his mother while he was abusing nitrous oxide.
Apparently Max was broadcasting live that evening. The video shows him breathing nitrous while his mother breaks down in tears. He also appeared to be inhaling nitrous while talking to cops.
According to the latest findings of TMZ“Max Ehrich says he’s going to rehab after domestic violence arrest.”
“And it appears he needs help, based on what he tells us about the preparations for his arrest,” the findings state.
Max also told the outlet, “He was high and psychotic when he got into an altercation with his mother that led to him being taken to a Florida prison on a battery charge. He says his mother was trying to get him to stop breathing nitrous oxide.”
In addition to this, Young and restless The actor claimed he went to Florida “to stay with his parents” after being kidnapped in Los Angeles last week by three gang members.
He also said his alleged captors “introduced him to nitrous and he used it for a week before his arrest.”
Additionally, he said he was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold in Florida under the Baker Act.
Following this, he plans to spend at least 30 days in a rehabilitation program.
