Denise Richards would have taken a major stage in her legal battle with Aaron Phypers.
According to the latest discoveries of US WeeklyDenise will call the mother of her distant husband to testify before the courts of her so -called “abuse”.
On August 29, Richards, 54, submitted his list of witnesses for next week’s audience, and this includes Aaron’s mother, 84, Patricia Phypers.
During the hearing, Richards should argue that his current temporary non-restriction order against Aaron, 52, should be transformed into a permanent order.
According to court documents obtained by the point of sale, Richards declared that Patricia “would testify to the communications” which she had with the actress “concerning the abuses perpetrated on [Richards] by [Aaron]. “”
The former couple, who married in 2018, confirmed their separation earlier this year.
Richards noted that she expects the testimony of Patricia to last an hour.
Aaron himself is also on the list of witnesses of Richards, with plans to be called up to four hours.
In his file, Richards made a series of alarming claims, alleging: “Throughout our relationship, Aaron would often stall me violently, tight my head violently with both hands, tightly tightens my arms, slaps me violently in my face and my head, slaps my head aggressively in the towel support in the bathroom.
She continued: “Threaten to kill me, he holds me with her knee on my back to the point where I should beg him to get me down so that he does not kill me and will not paint my laptop and my phone and download all my text messages.”
