Derek Hough and his wife Hayley Erbert recently announced that they were waiting for their first child together.
Sharing a sincere clip in a joint article on Instagram, the couple wrote: “We cannot believe that the greatest thing that happens to us could be so small.”
Only four days after the comforting announcement, Derek proved that he cannot wait to become a father.
Sharing photos of himself and Hayley of their shooting of pregnancy ad, the dancer and choreographer revealed: “already so loved”.
Fans and subscribers shared their love for the couple in the comments section.
One of them wrote: “It’s so beautiful. I’m really sorry.”

Derek Hough and his wife Hayley Erbert made the knot in 2023. However, at the end of 2024, Hayley had a medical emergency and almost died. It was diagnosed with a cranial hematoma.
Derek spoke of the challenges they have faced in an interview with E! News. He noted: “But it was wonderful. It’s beautiful.”
“We had an extraordinary year of triumph, challenge, and we have a good time”, the Dancing Alum added.
