Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski made his decision on who will support Joe Flacco in the quarter this season, and it’s not Sheder Sanders.
Instead, the recruit wrote two rounds earlier, Dillon Gabriel, was appointed the safeguard of the 41 -year -old Flacco before week 1 against the Bengals of Cincinnati.
In turn, Stefanski said Sanders, who had been caught in the fifth round by the Browns in April, will serve as the third quarter of emergency to start the year.

Stefanski talked about the decision to go with Gabriel on Sanders to start the year.
“It’s such an encompassing assessment,” he told journalists. “Everything the guys have done in the games was important, but we also saw many of them here in practice. How they are in their job, and [Gabriel] Is certainly someone we think we are improving. “”

The decision took place between Gabriel and Sanders after Cleveland made decisive quarter movements before finalizing their list of 53 men on Tuesday before the deadline of the League at 4 p.m.

With Huntley and Pickett left, the Browns ended up with Flacco, Gabriel and Sanders. Deshaun Watson is always recovering from a torn Achilles and should never be an option to start in 2025.
Sanders initially reinforced his file for a higher place on the depth of the quarter of the quarter with an impressive beginning of pre-season against the Carolina Panthers, completing 14 of the 23 passes for 138 yards and two affected, as well as four races for 19 yards.
The injury prevented him from the second game of the team, but he returned to the second half of the final against the Rams, where he had trouble – only finishing 3 out of 6 yards while taking five bags.
Gabriel, after missing the opening of the pre-season with an injury to the hamstrings, played in the last two pre-season games. Depth graphics often change during a season, and although Sanders is QB3 for the moment, he has list 53 men and can become a potential impact player in the future.
