- A new leak says that the DJI Osmo 360 will be launched in July 2025
- The “Dji Osmo Nano” mentioned in a recent FCC file
- Pricing uncertainty could mean that American launches are postponed
DJI’s long -term 360 -term camera can be a few weeks before the release – and it may not be the only action camera that the brand has in store for us this summer.
In a report published today, the Chinese website IT Home says that the DJI Osmo 360, the first Consumer 360 camera from DJI, will be launched in July 2025. Aside from this rather vague and atrising rumor, the news is clear on new information.
However, we have already heard many rumors on the OSMO 360: it was mentioned for the first time in a deposit of the FCC in October 2024, with the first flight strokes which struck the Internet in February 2025, followed by an assertion according to which he would use image sensors of 1 / 1.3 inch in March.
And then, earlier this month, dozens of images apparently showing the design of the camera were disclosed alongside Snaps of its instructions manual, which revealed details such as a 1,950 mAh battery, an on-board touch screen and compatibility with the DJI Mimo Mobile application.

If this rumor of a launch of July is true, we would certainly be welcomed another challenger to face the superb insta360 X5.
With a full -blooded Gopro MAX 2, which apparently suffers from delays on several occasions, and Max Raifischi de Gopro offering only modest updates on the original 2020, Insta360 currently dominates our 360 cameras guide. More rigid competition is cruelly necessary, and we hope it along these new rumors.
And what about Dji Osmo Nano?
The OSMO 360 may also not be the only launch of Dji’s coming camera. The online rumor mill also speculates on an ultra-compact action camera called DJI Osmo Nano, after its appearance in two lists with the FCC.
The OSMO Nano seems to be a return to the modular design of the DJI 2 action, which made it possible to magnetically fix tiny separate components.
While the small size and the intelligent design impressed, Dji later abandoned the modular approach, opting for a design gopro hero -style design with its more recent OSMO action cameras. The nano could be a return to this approach.
We have also heard that DJI Osmo Action 6 will be published this year, replacing the superb Osmo Action 5 as the brand’s main standard action camera. So, it seems that Dji has a few months old before.
One thing we wonder, however, is whether everything (or any) of these cameras would go to the United States or not. Citing uncertainty about the tariff situation, Dji has postponed the launch of its new flagship camera drone of Mavic 4 Pro in the United States-could these action cameras online for a similar spell until stability returns? It seems that we will not have to wait long to discover it.
