- Four new photos of the DJI Osmo 360 have disclosed online
- 360 Action Came Tribpered for the LOACK in July 2025
- Specification indicated to compete with that of the insta360 x5
However, more disclosed images of the long -term DJI Osmo 360 have been published on X (formerly known as Twitter), showing the 360 -degree action camera from all angles.
Despite being fascinated, the four images, published by the leak of prolific technology Igor Bogdanov (which tweets as @quadro_news), could well be our clearest look to date on the very first DJI camera.
They align with previous disclosed images of the device, showing an action camera in dark gray squat with bulbous ultra-large lenses on both sides, a small large screen screen and two physical buttons on one side, more which seems to be a power button on one of the edges.

A real Challenger of Insta360 X5 supremacy?
Dji manufactures drones, cardan, action cameras and more, so the transition from the 360 camera space seems to be a logical progression for the manufacturer based in Shenzhen – although who would put him in direct competition with the market leader, Insta360 (also based in Shenzhen, quite funny).
If these images are authentic and we strongly suspect that they are, the OSMO 360 looks a lot like the Insta360 X5, our best current 360 camera: the same dark gray color, bulbous lenses, rounded edges and a screen of similar size (although arranged in a different orientation).
And the looks may not be the only thing the two cameras have in common, because it was previously asserted by Tipster @gatamer that the Dji Osmo 360 will have “almost the same” technical specifications as the X5, which has a pair of 1.28 inch sensors capable of saving 360 videos at 8K 30FP post-production.

Following its larger sensors, Insta360 X5, which was launched earlier this year, is undoubtedly the first 360 camera which can record video sequences decent at night, it will therefore be interesting to see how the DJI OSMO 360 is in similar low light conditions.
In addition to that, we have heard very little about what the OSMO 360 could bring to the table as the very first DJI 360 camera. Insta360 has established a very high bar with the X5, but DJI certainly has the technical know-how to compete in this space.
The good news is that we may not have to wait long to discover it. According to another frequent technological timetment, Jasper Ellens, Dji will officially announce the OSMO 360 on July 15, 2025 – at only three weeks.
We can’t wait to see what Dji has in store – and she says that it will not be the only new product that the company launches in July, with a Dji Osmo Nano Ultra -compact action camera and a DJI Mic 3 wireless microphone which will also arrive.
