- AMD RX 9070 GPUs are currently out of stock almost everywhere
- An AMD leader says that more the offer of RX 9070 models “arrives as soon as possible”
- Some players are always worried about the prospect of Graphics Card of Entry -level 4 DNAs does not stick to the PDSF, although
An AMD frame has promised that new stocks of graphics cards RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT – which are all sold in the United States, and apparently most of the other regions, in addition – heads to stores around the world.
This news comes from Frank Azor, who is responsible for AMD consumption and play marketing, via a shared declaration on X on the launch of these DNA 4 graphics cards.
Azor assures us that: “More [RX 9070] The supply is as soon as possible for partners from around the world. »»
The use of the term “ASAP” suggests that AMD will not spoil when it comes to restocking RX 9070 models, and this is also suggested by what we heard on the Moulin with rumors recently.
Note that AMD has a large amount of DNA 4 stocks that exceed production lines, which has clearly not been the case with the launch of Nvidia Blackwell since the RTX 5000 GPUs made their debut in late January.
Analysis: Better stock prospects all around (but what about prices?)
In fact, the hope expressed via the rumor mill – and it’s just a hope, the spirit – is that the NVIDIA RTX 5000 stock will also become more robust. Or at least the RTX 5090 offer will increase – quite spectacularly, the theory is – and perhaps other Blackwell graphics cards as well.
Azor D’AMD is generally quite reliable too, so we can hope that this is the case that the GPUs of RDNA 4 and Blackwell will benefit from a peak in the near future.
In particular, Azor would not be fired on the prices of the PDSF, however. If you have traveled the comments on the latest article in the executive on X, you will have seen some players call AMD on the PDSF, and the practice reported to have only one initial lot of RX 9070 graphics cards (subsidized) RX 9070 at this tax recommended request. (And this is indeed what seemed to occur when launching DNA 4).
Previously, Azor, however, addressed this question and said that “the PDSF prices will continue to be encouraged” beyond the launch, we should therefore see GPUs (entry-level) of DNR 4 at these basic prices. That said, words like “encouraged” and a feeling of slight escape around the question of pricing in the last article of Azor leave a place to doubt exactly what AMD politics pursues here.
As always, time will tell us, and with a little luck, we will not have long waiting for the next batch of RX 9070 graphics cards to hit the shelves. Keep an eye on our guide to buy RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 from AMD which highlights the retailers you should look at to enter stocks when the supply lines open.
