EXCLUSIVE: The deputy prosecutor of the US Ministry of Justice, General, Harmeet Dhillon, has spoken out in response to recent developments linked to the Transgenre Volleyball player from San Jose State University last fall.

Dhillon responded to the PK Press Club Digital report on July 31 with new allegations from the former SJSU volleyball player, Brooke Slusser, linked to an investigation for his former Trans teammate, Blaire Fleming. Fleming was accused of plotting with an opposing player for Slusser to be enriched in the face during a match in October.

“The Ministry of Justice has restored equity for women’s sports and will continue to pursue the bad players who endanger young women with an awakened gender ideology. We leave all the legal resources available to enforce the title IX and protect the fundamental right of women to compete in sports without fear of retribution of men,” said Dhillon in an exclusive declaration to PK Press Club Digital.

In November, an investigation by the Mountain West conference on the first allegations against Fleming concluded without finding “sufficient evidence” only three days after the first emails to witnesses to set up interviews were sent, according to the public archives obtained by PK Press Club Digital.

The investigation was carried out by the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher (WFG). WFG was also hired by the Mountain West to defend the conference against a trial by Slusser, which included the same allegations against Fleming as the law firm erased.

The public archives obtained by PK Press Club Digital Show WFG lawyer Tim Heaphy conducted the investigation into the alleged misconduct of Fleming. Heaphy was previously the chief investigation councilor of the restricted committee of the House of Representatives to investigate the demonstrations of the Capitol on January 6.

Slusser told PK Press Club Digital that she had a conversation with a teammate who had been interviewed in the investigation of the allegedly Fleming Conference.

“On the basis of what I have been told, exactly what one of my teammates had seen going that night – talking about the screening report and leaving the net open – was informed of these lawyers. So that should have been sufficient proof [of the alleged plan by Fleming]”Said Slusser.

“People tell you that it happened, and it is not used information. She seated it and heard the conversation between Balaire and [former Colorado State volleyball player] Malaysia [Jones]. So, for me, just from what I know without even having to deeply dig into this investigation, there is enough evidence and they were told sufficient evidence. “”

PK Press Club Digital cannot independently check that the Slusser teammate corroborated allegations against Fleming when he was addressed to investigators. No WFG lawyer has been accused of having violated applicable professional driving rules.

Now Dhillon joins other GOP officials speaking in response to the recent report.

Senator Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn, shared the relationship with legend: “This is shameful, and this young woman should never have been forced to compete with a man in the first place.”

Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Shared the report on X and called to the NCAA and the Mountain West to conduct a new investigation.

“It is a shame that we have universities that actively put female athletes in danger. The NCAA and the West mountain must hold a complete investigation immediately. Enjoy Brooke Slusser speaking and fighting for female athletes. Continue like that!” Tuberville wrote.

A White House spokesman made a statement to PK Press Club Digital last week on the report as well.

“Women deserve to play sports without fear of being raped and harassed by organic men. President Trump returns integrity to the sports of women by ending the policies of the disturbed left who lower and endanger women”, ” White House Spokesperson Taylor Rogers said.

In a trial signed by 10 other current or former players in women’s volleyball against the West mountain And the representatives of SJSU, Slusser allegedly allegedly Fleming and other teammates fegged from a team hotel the day before a match of October 3 against Colorado State and met an opposing player.

The trial allegedly alleged that a teammate who had fake with Fleming later declared the players and coaches of an alleged plan in Fleming, in a plot with the state of the colorado state, so that Slusser increased in the face during a match.

The trial and the complaint allegedly alleged that the players who have faufiléed told other players and coaches that they had seen Fleming submit a screening report of the SJSU with an agreement to launch the match in favor of the State of Colorado.

Slusser said that after joining the Riley Gaines trial against NCAA in September, his interactions with trans athletes quickly became hostile, citing his experience with Fleming.

“After joining the trial, I was swept out did not like me. There was a time when I was born,” I never want to talk to you again. “And I said,” Ok, it’s good “, said Slusser. “I just knew that there was hatred towards me.”

PK Press Club Digital interviewed the sports director of San Jose State Jeff Konya to find out about the claims of Slusser and other details of the investigation. However, Konya got up after about five minutes of related questions and moved away, saying: “I’m done”.

PK Press Club Digital played a video clip from Slusser reciting these allegations in Konya to Mountain West Media Days on July 15.

“I don’t know if she tells the truth or not,” Konya said about Slusser’s claims.

Konya would not confirm or deny if one of the witnesses interviewed corroborated the allegations against Fleming.

When asked if he was satisfied with the way in which the university managed the controversy involving Fleming in 2024, Konya said: “I think everyone acted in the best possible way, given the circumstances.”

The American Department of Education has opened a federal investigation into title IX on the situation involving Fleming and treatment with the Trans athlete by the University. The DOE recently concluded agreements with other universities that allowed men to play in women’s teams.

On July 1, the DOE announced that it had concluded an agreement with the University of Pennsylvania to apologize to all the female athletes who competed with the Swimmer Transgender Lia Thomas during the 2021-222 season and to cancel all the school records of Thomas.

On Friday, the department announced a similar agreement with the Wagner College in response to the school allowing the transgender Redmon Sullivan escripe to compete in the female fencing team.

The Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, previously told PK Press Club Digital that her department would continue to work to address the SJSU investigation.

“Our investigation will continue,” said McMahon.

The DoJ has launched prosecution against civil servants in California and Maine for having allowed men to compete in girls sports and to refuse to reach an agreement with the Trump administration.

PK Press Club Digital contacted SJSU, the Mountain West and the WFG for a response to the Dhillon Declaration.

When PK Press Club Digital previously asked the Mountain West if he would disclose evidence of the investigation, in particular if one of the witnesses interviewed corroborates allegations against Fleming, the conference refused.

“With the current dispute, the Mountain West will have no comments,” said a spokesperson for the conference.

The state of San Jose previously refused to respond to Slusser’s complaints.

“Due to the current disputes and the federal survey, we are unable to respond to your request,” a university spokesman for PK Press Club Digital told.

PK Press Club Digital tried to reach Fleming via social media to comment in response to the allegations of Slusser.
