Dolly Parton has just called the budget cuts made for her imagination library.

The legendary Country Music icon and PhilanthropE called Mike Braun, the Republican Governor of Indiana, after his literacy program was announced.

Dolly’s initiative started with the aim of promoting literacy in Indiana, offering eligible children under the age of five with a free book each month.

Now, a representative of the Jolene Hitmaker, addressed the governor and asked him to reconsider the decision.
