Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill raised eyebrows at the end of the 2024 season when he suggested he wanted a trade from the team after missing the playoffs.
Hill told reporters he was “out” after the Dolphins lost to the New York Jets, losing a playoff spot to the Denver Broncos. He told ESPN on Saturday that he was frustrated with the way the season had gone and chose to express it in a questionable way.

“What you heard at the end of the season was frustration,” he said. “I’ve won my whole life, man. You don’t understand, I bust my ass every day. I deserve to feel that way; I deserve to have some kind of opinion.
“You just want me to say, ‘Well, buy them next year?’ No, damn. We gotta come back. We gotta put some pressure on this shit… Y’all gotta fix this shit, come on —- dogs in this bitch. bruh.

Rumors swirled immediately after his comments suggesting he had requested a trade. But Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said no such request had been made.
Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said on “The Pat McAfee Show” earlier this month that he believed Hill was committed to the Dolphins, although he had not spoken to him about it.
The star receiver failed to reach 1,000 receiving yards as the Dolphins suffered injuries at quarterback. Hill had 81 catches for 959 yards and six touchdowns. He had four consecutive seasons of at least 1,000 yards before 2024.
