Donald Driver was a Quai-Bowler four times with Green Bay packers during his 14-year career.

“We really want to raise awareness and force women in sport because, at the moment, we all know that 72% of youth sports coaches are men. There are not many women who do this,” said Driver in an interview with PK Press Club Digital. “What we want to do is say, how to bring awareness, but also give coaches the tools they need to succeed in training young women in sport.”
Driver explained that his children are different in the way they need to be trained and correctly motivated.
He said he could shout on his son things he does, which can pass, but his daughter is different.

“I have to get into more of this heart to heart conversation with them, like:” Hey, let’s work together to solve the problem. I understand that this must be a frustrating situation. “I really have to talk to them different … that I speak to my son.
“With this program, we really want to continue to aim to allow women to play sports and never stop.”
The driver was appointed director of motivation last week.
He helped packers to a Super Bowl title in 2010. He succeeded 743 catches for 10,137 yards and 61 affected during his career.
