Cooper Flagg’s mother is deeply in the longtime rivalry Duke-Und.
Duke finished his scanning of the regular season series on their rivals Arch with a victory of 82-69 in Chapel Hill on Saturday, where Flagg lost 15 points, caught nine rebounds and returned six assists.
One piece in particular ended up being a viral moment for the mother of Flagg, Kelly.

In the last moments of the match, Flagg drubbed by defenders almost half of the courtyard to a thunderous two -hand slam. Kelly struck the crowd with the celebration of the “head of the head”, tapping the top of his head and screaming: “On his head F — Ing!”
The moment quickly became viral, and Kelly addressed an article on Facebook, thanking those who were “ready to start a” gofundme and “ready to go up at dawn”.
Kelly apologized for “anyone offended by my language who was taken in a moment of celebration”, admitting that “it was not my best look”.
“However, if you really know me and you are a real friend of me, you were not shocked,” she added with an emoji laughing.

But then she added why the emotions came out, and that was apparently due to the “rudeness” of the UNC fans in the game.
“It was a very intense situation in which we were put and we were surprised by the rudeness of the fans of the UNC while we head towards the arena. They continued to harass [sic] With much worse being spit in our direction as well as in our 18 -year -old son and his teammates throughout the game, “wrote Kelly.
“The celebration was a moment to be so proud of our child and Laos a great F-you for the entire fans of Caroline to be classless class holes. If you are a fan of UNC and you don’t like it … hard [poop emoji]. Best luck next time! Go Duke. “”

In the regular season, Flagg collected on average 19.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists on the way to the Blue Devils ending the season as the best -classified team in the country.
They will now go for an ACC title before heading to March Madness.
