Apple has just announced major free upcomes to come on Apple Intelligence compatible with devices, which should arrive as part of iOS 26, iPados 26, MacOS 26 and Watchos 26 later this year.
The new features of the upcoming AI on these devices were presented sporadically throughout the WWDC 2025, so we compiled a list of all the major announcements to give you a breakdown of each Apple Intelligence ad during the event.
Unfortunately, Apple did not present the upgrade of Siri Ai that we hoped, but the company based in Cupertino has unveiled many new software improvements powered by Apple Intelligence.
Here are the six major upgrades of Apple’s intelligence announced at WWDC 2025.
1. Live translation
Live translation “Help users to communicate between languages during messaging or speech” and is integrated directly into messages, Facetime and telephone application.
Live translation will be able to automatically translate the messages, add live legends translated to frontTime, and during a telephone call, the translation will be spoken aloud throughout the conversation, completely deleting the linguistic barriers using the AI.
Confidentiality will not be a problem either, because Apple says that the new translation tool runs on Apple AI models and that “personal conversations of users remain personal”.
2. Genmoji and Playground Midies image
Apple launched Genmoji and Image Playground as part of the first wave of Apple Intelligence features, and now the company improves its generational IA image tools.
Users can now transform text descriptions into emojis and mix emojis and combine them with descriptions to create something new. You can also change the expressions and adjust the personal attributes of Genmojis made from photos of friends and family members.

3. Visual intelligence can now see your screen
Visual intelligence may have already been the best feature of Apple Intelligence, but now the exclusive tool of the iPhone 16 is even better.
At WWDC, Apple has announced that visual intelligence can now scan your screen, allowing users to search and take measures on everything they consult between applications.
You can ask chatgpt questions on the content on your screen via Apple Intelligence, and this new feature is accessible by taking a screenshot. When you use the same buttons as a screenshot, you will be asked to save, share screenshot or explore more with visual intelligence.

4. Apple Intelligence on Apple Watch
The most popular smartwatch in the world has just received AI features in the form of Buddy, a training experience with Apple Intelligence which “incorporates a user’s training data and fitness history to generate personalized motivation ideas during its session”.
Apple says that new feature is a “training experience in kind” and will offer “a significant inspiration in real time” to keep you motivated on your exercise.
Once Apple Intelligence has analyzed your training data, “a new vocal text model then translates information into a dynamic generative voice built using vocal data from fitness +trainers, so it has the right energy, style and tone for training.”
Workout Buddy is the first exclusive feature of Apple Intelligence on Apple Watch and will require an iPhone supported by Apple Intelligence nearby. At launch, Workout Buddy will be available in English and through the following types of training: “Exterior and interior run, outdoor and interior walking, outdoor cycle, HIIT and functional and traditional strength training.”
5. third -party applications have access to Apple Intelligence
Although this announcement cannot make the headlines, it is important for the future of Apple Intelligence: developers now have access to Apple foundation models.
What exactly means? Well, application developers will be able to “rely on Apple Intelligence to provide users with new intelligent experiences, available when they are offline, and which protect their privacy, using IA inference that is free”.

7. Everything else
In addition to these six major announcements, Apple also announced that Apple Intelligence will scan and identify the relevant actions from your emails, websites, notes and other content, then classify them automatically in the Reminderrs application.
Elsewhere, Apple Wallet can now “identify and summarize the details of the follow-up of orders from emails sent from merchants or delivery transporters. This works on all user commands, giving them the possibility of seeing their complete order details, progress notifications, and even more, in one place.”
Finally, messages obtain the functionality of the Apple Intelligence ballot, which can detect when a survey could be useful. The Messages application also obtains backgrounds generated by AI which can be created for each conversation using the game image.
