The Pakistan Electoral Commission (ECP) postponed Tuesday the hearing of a reference to the disqualification against the head of the opposition of the National Assembly Omar Ayub Khan until July 15, following the suspension order of his lawyer.
A bench of three members of the Pakistan Electoral Commission (ECP), led by member Sindh Nisar Durrani, had summoned to hear the case.
During the procedure, Omar Ayub Khan’s lawyer submitted a suspension order; However, judge (RETD) Ikramullah, KP member, said that the High Court of Peshawar had not specified a new date in the suspension order.
