The BRIT Awards 2026 begin this evening at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, a major first for the ceremony, leaving London after 48 years.
The show has become one of the UK’s biggest music events since its debut in 1977.
Four winners have already been announced, including Producer of the Year PinkPantheress, Oasis’ Noel Gallagher Songwriter of the Year, Mark Ronson honored for his outstanding contribution to music while Jacob Alon wins the Critics’ Choice award for 2026.
The evening will feature performances from Olivia Dean, Harry Styles, RAYE and HUNTR/X girls EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI as well as Wolf Alice, Mark Ronson, Alex Warren, Sombr and Rosaliá.
This year’s Brit Trophy is made from amber-colored resin and designed by Matthew Williamson, inspired by Manchester’s worker bee symbol.
Fans can, however, watch the ceremony on ITV1 and ITVX from 8:15 p.m., with a live broadcast on ITV’s YouTube channel from 8:45 p.m.
The dramatic move to Manchester gives the Brit Awards a new stage and vibe whilst retaining its all-fans’ love of glamour, music and excitement.
With the big stars all set to perform and awards handed out to those who deserve it, tonight is set to be a memorable celebration of music in the UK.
