Karachi:
The Provincial Anti-Corruption Court has acquitted the director general of the former director of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Manzoor Kaka and others in the Tour Nasla Tower attribution due to the lack of evidence. The court judged that the accusation had not proven the allegations.
The Supreme Court had ordered the demolition of the Nasla tower in February 2022, declaring it an illegal structure.
The accused would have allocated land to the manufacturer illegally, deviating from approved plans. However, the accusation could not present a solid evidence, which led to acquittal.
