The former World Series champion, Curt Schilling, argued with the use of the Pitch account in the major baseball league at the start of the 2025 season.
Schilling appeared on Friday on “The Will Cain Show” on PK Press Club Channel. The filling host Charles Hurt asked the former Arizona Diamondbacks and the Boston Red Sox star, that the Pitch count turned out to be good or bad.

The six times All-Star shook his head.
“It was a bad thing, but it is a direct result of money,” said Schilling. “”[Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher] Paul Skenes obtains nearly $ 10 million to disconnect from the college. The teams will not spend this kind of money without their guys arriving in the big leagues. So, they are on pitch accounts in the minor leagues, and they end up entering the big leagues with height accounts, and you cannot ask the guys to do things for the first time in the big leagues.
“I receive a little a little acid reflux each time I see a launcher leaving the mound in sixth round, based on his cap. But the game has changed.”
MLB managers have systematically removed the ball game launchers if they start to sniff 100 throws during the games, that the player has a glance or an intact whitening.

One of the most famous cases of recent memory occurred during World Series 2018 when the Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts noted Starter Rich Hill in seventh round in match 4 against the Boston Red Sox.
Hill lasted 6.1 rounds, granting only one deserved point and a blow. He had launched 91 throws and Los Angeles held an advance of 4-0 at that time. The Dodgers enclosure then imploded, and the team finally lost the match 9-6.
This decision sparked a reaction from President Donald Trump, calling Robert’s decision “big mistake”. Hill replied by saying that the president’s goal should not have been on the game.
