- F1 25 was officially revealed by EA Sports and Codemasters
- The braking point returns, alongside certain revisions of my team mode
- It should be launched on May 30, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC
EA Sports and Codemasters have officially revealed F1 25, The last entry of the official Formula 1 official race series.
Launch on May 30, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC, this year’s features include the return of the braking point campaign, as well as “significant overhaul” to the game mode of my popular team.
If you are not familiar, Braking Point made its last appearance in F1 23 And is a tailor -made history mode with original characters and cutscenes. In F1 25, Konersport’s fictitious team has gone from the midfield to real candidates for the championship, but the players can expect “a dramatic event” who “throws the team in chaos”.
Although this is certainly not perfect and sometimes quite cheesy, I really appreciated the iterations before the braking point, and I can’t wait to see where the scenario is progressing.
The EA press release which accompanies it also details a “significant overhaul” for my team mode. The details are thin on the ground for the moment, but it seems that we can expect “new responsibilities before taking the wheel as a team drivers”.
The senior creative director of Codemasters Lee Mather also struck F1 25 Ad, saying: “F1 25 Offers more ways for players to experience Formula 1 and run in their own way, drama of the braking point to make the headlines in the pursuit of the glory of the world championship.
“This year, there are new opportunities for players to connect, collaborate and compete than ever. We look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks.”
To watch
This initial announcement does not give much else regarding what we can expect F1 25, Make it look like a fairly iterative update to nominal value. However, the Codemasters developer will keep the players up to date while we are approaching the launch with his series of F1 25 Deep diving videos. There, we can expect more details on the improvements and additions to this year’s game.
We are only two races in the Formula 1 season of the real world 2025 at the time of the editorial staff, and this has already been extremely chaotic. From Mercedes and Williams to surprisingly solid departures to Ferrari in difficulty, even with the services of Lewis Hamilton (not to mention a real influx of promising recruit talents at Alpine, Sauber, Haas and Racing Bulls), I am very interested in learning how F1 25 Driver notes will form.
